What is your return policy?

Personalized products are not eligible for returns. Nonpersonalized products can be returned within 30 days and must be unused, in like new condition. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Products with defects are eligible for free replacement; please contact us within 3 business days with photos of your defective product, and we will process your replacement.
